Video Specifics: Each tour is shot in high definition format with a wide angle lens to show off the property in the best light. A high definition camera equipped with a wide angle lens and a "steadycam" stabilizer is used to create a "walk through" look to the tour, from the exterior of the home and throughout each room. No shaking or jerky home video type movements that you see with handheld camcorders.
Editing: After the shoot the video is professionally edited. Transitions are utilized to guide the viewer through the home. The background music will be selected from royalty free music that is available to you at no charge and free from copyright restrictions.
