As a leader and innovator in real estate video in the United States, we have been invited to speak on three seperate occasions about real estate video at Real Estate Connect both in San Francisco and New York City. Real Estate Connect is where the leaders in real estate, finance and technology come to promote change and innovation within the industry. We also frequently speak on real estate video and photography at local real estate associations.

Some of our community videos and photography were recently used in a recent A&E Biography on Adam Sandler as well as 2010 History Channel special "The Real Story of Christmas".

In May 2009, we were featured in the print and web editions of VIdeoMaker Magazine in an article on real estate video tours. We were featured once again in the October 2010 edition of VideoMaker Magazine - "Real Estate Videos are Hot!".

In 2009, we were featured in a book published by McGraw-Hill entitled "How to Make Money with YouTube".

We shoot our videos with a Canon EOS Cinema Camcorder, in full HD - 1920 x 1080 pixels, which corresponds to a 1080p HD resolution. These cameras use a full frame, Super 35mm 8.3MP CMOS Sensor, which is approximately 10-20 times the size of the image sensors used in most HD camcorders today. These large sensors allow for stunning low light performance, which is important for (oftentimes) dark interiors. We can also produce stunning evening/ twilight video shots of lighted exteriors, swimming pools, etc. as well as very sexy interiors at night!

With interchangeable super high quality lenses, from wide angle to zoom, we are able to produce a look that cannot be duplicated by most video cameras on the market today.

Many video tours just offer a "spinning video camera on a tripod". While we feel this is still better than distorted virtual tours of the past, the feeling of actually walking through the home gives the viewer far more information as to the flow of the house and how each room connects with other rooms.

We also use a Steadicam® to keep your video easy on the eyes! No nauseating motion sickness! It's as though you're 'floating' through the house - up and down the stairs and hallways - just as you would if you were touring the home in person. Our wireless lavalier microphones insure that your audio (if you choose to be on camera) is crisp and clear.
